So this month I decided to do another ab challenge. As much as I wanted to work on another area, I find its my weakest area, or the area I want to work on more, like any girl. I wouldn't mind a flat stomach of course. So ab's again it is.
This one I found by Jodi Higgs, had a bit more of wider workout. Something to keep it more interesting. I did the 1st already and was not hard at all. I like how it gets harder and harder as it goes. I will also try and work up some courage for some before and after pictures!
